International Shipments:
Saadia Jewelry Designs does not offer international shipping at this time other than Canada.
Merchandise Returns/Refund Policy:
Saadia Jewelry Designs gladly accepts returns. Please call or email for a return authorization confirmation number. Items must be insured for proper returns.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return the product in its original condition and original packing material within 10 days of the date of receipt for a full refund on merchandise (less shipping and handling fees).
Returns will not be honored if the jewelry has been altered or damaged.
Damage to shipped Goods:
Please advise us within 3 days of receipt if your order is incorrect or if it arrives damaged. |
